Plasterboard Worker


We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard walls, ceilings, and partitions according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate should have excellent craftsmanship skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit walls, ceilings, or partitions
- Install plasterboard using appropriate tools and techniques
- Repair damaged plasterboard by patching holes or cracks
- Apply joint compound and tape to seal seams between boards
- Smooth out imperfections on the surface of the plasterboard
- Sand down rough edges and surfaces for a smooth finish
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Proficient in using hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills
- Physical stamina for performing manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy boards and standing for long periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Las Vegas but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are legally allowed to work in the US.

Other Requirements:
We are specifically looking for Malayalee candidates who have experience in plasterboarding. This job does not require English proficiency but basic communication skills are preferred. This is a part-time position without accommodation provided. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport.
