Radio Technician
Location: Braga, Portugal

As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing radio equipment. You will work with a variety of devices such as transmitters, receivers, and antennas to ensure the smooth operation of communication systems. Your duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, conducting regular maintenance checks and providing support for any emergency repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure radio equipment according to specifications
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely solutions
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
- Repair or replace faulty equipment as needed
- Keep accurate records of all work done and report any issues to management
- Provide technical support for emergency repairs and system failures
- Stay up-to-date with new technology and advancements in the field
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of various radio equipment including transmitters, receivers, antennas, etc.
- Familiarity with electronic systems design and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Physically fit to work at heights and in confined spaces if required

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Electronics or related field preferred)
- Relevant certification (e.g. FCC License) is a plus

Salary: $1100 per month (part-time)
