We are an established industrial painting company located in the beautiful city of Pula, Croatia. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting a variety of surfaces on industrial equipment, structures, and buildings. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping, and cleaning as needed
- Mix and apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Follow specific instructions for color matching and application techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Proficient in using various painting tools and equipment
- Knowledge of different types of paint and surface preparation techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sandblasting and other surface preparation methods
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to painting in an industrial setting
