Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Shan, Canada. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms for various projects. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize machine learning techniques to build predictive models for data analysis and decision making.
- Develop algorithms for data mining, pattern recognition, natural language processing and other AI related tasks.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and techniques in the field of machine learning.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights that can be used to improve business processes.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms such as regression, decision trees, neural networks etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or Java.
- Experience with ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch.
- Working knowledge of SQL databases and big data tools like Hadoop or Spark.
- Good understanding of statistics and probability theory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
