We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Porto. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as previous experience in office management. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth functioning of the office. A proactive and efficient mindset is necessary to handle various responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
