As a Sales Manager for our growing company in Albena, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train the sales team to effectively promote and sell our products
- Set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to management
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and finance to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and principles
- Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
