Industrial Architect - Multan



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Multan. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, structures, and facilities. Your role will involve working with clients to understand their needs and requirements, conducting site inspections, creating detailed drawings and plans, and overseeing the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for industrial buildings.
- Conduct site visits to assess the location and gather information for design purposes.
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly.
- Review project progress against timelines and budgets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect with a solid portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficient in using CAD software for architectural design.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety standards, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Multan. The candidate must already reside in or be willing to relocate to Multan.
