Job Title: Indian Chef


We are looking for an experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Jizan. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori dishes, and biryanis. You must have a thorough understanding of Indian spices and cooking techniques to create flavorful and traditional dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus for daily meals
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes
- Ensure quality and presentation of all food items
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Attention to detail with a focus on food presentation

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
