Malayalee Chef - Traditional Cuisine (Moscow)


We are in search of a skilled Malayalee Chef to join our restaurant team in Moscow and bring the flavors of Kerala to our menu. As a chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional Malayalee dishes, including seafood specialties, vegetarian options, and mouth-watering desserts. Your creativity and knowledge of authentic ingredients and techniques will be key in delivering an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:
- Must be a native Malayalee with strong knowledge of traditional Kerala cuisine
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Must have valid work permit for Moscow

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Malayalee dishes according to recipes or guest requests
- Ensure all food is prepared fresh, presented beautifully, and served at the correct temperature
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and adhere to food safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to develop new menu items or special dishes for events or promotions

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, along with accommodation and other benefits.
