Typesetter (English)
We are a publishing company in Jerusalem looking for a skilled Typesetter to join our team. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images to create visually appealing and readable documents. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Format and arrange text and images according to design specifications
- Ensure accuracy of all content, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to ensure high-quality final products
- Use software programs such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress to typeset documents
- Troubleshoot any technical issues with typesetting software or files
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in typesetting technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
