Senior Architect - Mauren, India


We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Mauren, India. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions that meet their budget, timeline, and aesthetic preferences.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to determine project objectives, requirements, and constraints
- Develop design proposals that meet client's budget, timeline, and aesthetic preferences
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure construction documents are accurate and complete
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following design plans and specifications
- Review project progress and address any issues or delays
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 10 years experience as an architect
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Ability to lead a team of architects on multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1100$ per month
