We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Mauren, Switzerland. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process and develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and align with project goals
- Collaborate with team members including engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity and adherence to building codes and regulations
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or similar software
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other design software
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction methods in Switzerland is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
