Senior Architect - Mauren, Nepal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Mauren, Nepal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects, managing a team of architects and designers, and ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop detailed plans, designs, and construction documents using AutoCAD or similar software
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure high-quality work is produced
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into the design process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure designs are in compliance
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design with at least 2 years in a leadership position
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software for drafting and detailing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Nepali nationality preferred but not required
- Must have own visa for employment eligibility
