As a Senior Architect in our dynamic and rapidly growing firm based in Faro, Portugal, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of innovative architectural projects. We are seeking a talented individual with strong technical skills and a passion for creativity to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their objectives
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using various software programs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Lead a team of designers and architects to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in design proposals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one for potential international projects
