Job Title: Senior Architect in Faro, Portugal

As a Senior Architect at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects in Faro, Portugal. With your extensive experience in the field, you will lead a team of architects and designers to ensure that our projects meet high standards of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients, taking into consideration their needs and budget
- Oversee the creation of detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on their development
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Fluency in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
