The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify patterns, trends and insights that will drive business decisions. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide accurate and timely reports. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis using statistical methods to identify correlations and trends
- Develop reports and dashboards to visualize data for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide insights
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions based on data analysis
- Monitor data quality and integrity, troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings in a clear manner

We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, along with benefits such as healthcare coverage. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance. The candidate must be able to start immediately as this is an urgent job.
