We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Almada. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting large data sets to identify trends and provide insights that will help drive business decisions. You should have a strong understanding of data mining techniques and be proficient in SQL, Excel and other statistical tools. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions and presenting your findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting, organizing and cleaning large data sets from various sources
- Conducting thorough analysis of data using statistical methods and tools
- Identifying patterns, trends and insights from the data
- Developing reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions based on data analysis
- Continuously monitoring data quality and making recommendations for improvements
- Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel and other statistical tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Experience working with large datasets using programming languages such as Python or R
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with database management systems
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Almada, Portugal (own visa required for non-EU citizens)
