IT Manager


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Ufa. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's information technology infrastructure and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining systems and software, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our technology resources.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure the security of all company data by implementing proper backup procedures and disaster recovery plans
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for system upgrades or improvements
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of technology resources
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions to support business objectives
- Monitor system performance to identify any issues or areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure, database management, security systems, and other relevant technologies
- Previous experience managing a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1200$ per month
