Architectural Designer (Ufa)


We are a leading architectural design firm based in Ufa, and we are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology
- Present designs to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other similar software
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or industrial projects
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Ufa
- Strong design portfolio showcasing your previous work
