Mason Supervisor


We are looking for a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team in Shan, responsible for overseeing the work of our masonry team. Our ideal candidate should have experience as a mason, along with strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the work of a team of masons, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects
- Provide guidance and instruction to team members on proper masonry techniques
- Monitor progress and productivity of team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and organize work schedules
- Train new team members as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a mason
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of various masonry materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on commercial or industrial projects
- Biometric passport for international travel (preferred but not required)
- Fluent in English (required)

Salary: $1300 per month
