Part-Time Concierge in Karachi


We are seeking a Part-Time Concierge to join our team in Karachi. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. This is a part-time position with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, transportation services, and other activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage storage and handling
- Coordinate guest requests such as room service, laundry, and transportation
- Ensure the safety of guests by monitoring security cameras and reporting any suspicious activity
- Keep track of guest preferences to provide personalized service during future visits

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in using computers and basic software programs such as Microsoft Office
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
