We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Teamlead to join our multinational tech company in Khanpur. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role, strong technical skills in software development, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of software developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and prioritize tasks for the team.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, Python or C++.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams to deliver complex projects within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Biometric passport is required for international travel.

Salary:

Location:
