Junior Barista



As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages in accordance with company standards
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
- Take orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Learn about different types of coffee beans and brewing methods
- Participate in training sessions to develop your barista skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Passion for coffee and desire to learn more about the industry
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and friendly demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Prior experience as a barista is not required, but would be an asset
- Must have valid work permit or visa sponsorship
- Student visa holders are welcome

Working hours: This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. We are happy to accommodate students' schedules.

Location: Our café is located in the vibrant city of Lisbon, known for its delicious food, beautiful architecture, and warm climate. As an international city, English is widely spoken here so it's a great place for non-native English speakers.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month. In addition, we provide ongoing training opportunities and room for growth within the company.
