Office Assistant in Al-Kuwait
Our office in Al-Kuwait is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This position is open to candidates of Egyptian or Nepali nationality who are fluent in English. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office setting and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and digital
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management as requested
Requirements:
- Egyptian or Nepali nationality preferred
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
