Online Consultant (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Online Consultants to join our team in Eschen. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online channels. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$, and accommodation, visa, and ticket will be provided.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national
- Previous experience in customer service or online consulting
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with online tools and platforms

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through various online channels (email, chat, social media)
- Providing product information and assistance to customers
- Troubleshooting any technical issues and escalating them when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and procedures
