We are seeking a creative and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Moscow. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing industrial buildings and facilities according to client specifications
- Developing detailed plans, drawings, and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conducting site visits to evaluate existing structures and gather necessary information for new projects
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Providing technical support to clients during all phases of the project
- Staying updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
