Construction Project Manager
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Eldoret, Kenya. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process
- Ensure completion of project within designated timeline and budget constraints
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Eldoret, Kenya (accommodation provided for foreign candidates)
