Hotel Sales Manager (Contract)


A prestigious hotel in Karachi is currently seeking a dynamic and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through developing and implementing strategic sales plans. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads to generate new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular contact, meetings, and networking events
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless coordination of sales efforts
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and other necessary documents for potential clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in hotel sales or similar role
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry in Karachi
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals and targets
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary: $900/month
