Hotel Sales Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share for our hotel. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to lead a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners to drive business.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving overall business goals.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the hotel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales with proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of local market trends, competition, and industry developments.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
