We are a construction company based in Ufa and we are currently seeking an experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting and decorating various structures, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors and textures
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all surfaces
- Use specialized techniques such as faux finishing or stenciling when required
- Repair or replace any damaged areas prior to painting
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in a professional setting
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and tools
- Attention to detail and strong eye for color combinations
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and perform manual labor tasks
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills would be an asset)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Ufa

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, based on experience.
