Industrial Architect


As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning various industrial structures such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. Your role will involve understanding the needs of clients and creating functional, efficient, and safe spaces for their operations. This position is based in Los Angeles and offers a salary of $1400 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial structures
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of construction projects and gather information on existing structures
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and construction workers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Conduct research on building materials and construction methods to stay updated on industry trends
- Ensure that all designs meet safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in designing industrial structures
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication skills
