Handyman for Maintenance and Repair

We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time job that offers a salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience as a handyman or similar role preferred
- Ability to handle various tools and equipment
- Good physical stamina and strength
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid visa and work permit for Los Angeles or willing to obtain one

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and make necessary repairs
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management or tenants
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
