As a part-time Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial concept to final construction. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative design solutions
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Review architectural drawings and make necessary revisions as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software

Salary:
$1700 per month (part-time)
