Seasonal Waiter in Karachi, Pakistan


We are seeking a seasonal Waiter to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while taking food and beverage orders and delivering them with efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders in a timely and friendly manner
- Make suggestions based on menu knowledge and answer any questions they may have
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with guests throughout their dining experience
- Handle any special requests or complaints with professionalism and escalate as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and utensils
- Assist with setting up tables for service and clearing them after guests leave

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter preferred but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old with valid work permit/visa for Pakistan (visa sponsorship available)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu language skills a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (ideal for students)
