Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience in managing projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for commercial building projects
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Manage project timelines and budgets while coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Review proposals for materials and equipment to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Chelyabinsk (open to candidates from any nationality)
