Job Title: Java Developer


We are a fast-growing software development company based in Ufa, Russia. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our team. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality applications using the latest Java technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient and scalable Java applications
- Troubleshooting and debugging code to ensure application functionality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Keeping up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Java development field
- Identifying and resolving performance issues in code
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Java Developer
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language, including OOP concepts
- Experience with Spring framework and Hibernate ORM preferred
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (English proficiency required)
- Passionate about technology and continuous learning
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
