As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to various surfaces to create a smooth or decorative finish. This role is suitable for men who are skilled in the art of plastering and have excellent attention to detail. The salary for this full-time position is 1400$ per month, and accommodation will be provided. We are currently seeking Malayalees with English speaking abilities to join our team in Akron.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, filling cracks, and applying bonding agents
- Measure, cut, and shape materials to fit specific areas
- Apply coats of plaster or other materials using trowels, brushes or spray guns
- Smooth and level plaster to achieve desired texture and finish
- Repair any damaged areas or cracks in existing plasterwork
- Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and follow written instructions
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to relocate to Akron if not already residing there
