Junior Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Architecture Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Junior Architecture Manager, you will work closely with our senior architects to oversee and manage various architectural projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience to gain hands-on experience in the field of architecture and grow their career.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in creating and developing architectural designs for various projects
- Conduct research and gather information for projects
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Review and approve design plans, blueprints, and other project documents
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and quality control
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant software
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in architecture or related field
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Experience working with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in construction projects
- Familiarity with sustainability principles in architecture

Salary:
This role offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

This position is based in Faro, Portugal.
