Data Analytics Specialist

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large data sets to identify trends and patterns, and creating reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with statistical analysis, and proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote position open to candidates of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large data sets from various sources
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights through statistical analysis
- Develop reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Use data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Continuously monitor data quality to ensure accuracy
- Stay current on industry developments and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
