Data Analyst (Contract)
Location: Porto, Portugal

We are hiring a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Porto. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends
- Use statistical methods to interpret data and present findings
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving data quality
- Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate insights
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and tools for data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL and statistical software (e.g. R, Python)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze large datasets
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting findings
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:
- Experience working with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++
