Contract Administrator
We are in need of a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring all aspects of contracts, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire contract process from initial request to final delivery
- Review and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents
- Serve as the point of contact for all contract-related inquiries
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of services or products
- Monitor contract performance and identify any potential issues or risks
- Prepare reports on contract status, including budget, timeline, and deliverables
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of contract laws and regulations
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Al-Malikiyah.
Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
Contract Duration:
This is a contract job with an initial duration of 12 months.
