Full-Time Babysitter in Malindi for Indian Family


We are seeking a reliable and experienced Babysitter to join our family in Malindi. As an Indian family, we prefer someone who is familiar with our culture and values. You will be responsible for taking care of our two children, aged 3 and 5 years old.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for the children
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children according to their dietary needs
- Help with basic household tasks such as tidying up toys and children's laundry
- Engage in educational and fun activities with the children, both indoors and outdoors
- Accompany the children to playdates, classes, or other activities as needed
- Monitor screen time and ensure it is limited to age-appropriate content
- Administer basic first aid if necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Babysitter or Nanny
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Valid work permit or own visa for Kenya (we do not provide visa sponsorship)
- Ability to multitask and handle emergency situations calmly
- Strong communication skills with both children and parents

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. Occasional evening or weekend babysitting may be required with prior notice.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1100 per month.

Accommodation:
This job does not include accommodation. We prefer someone who already has their own place to stay in Malindi.
