Barista - Full Time (Mauren, Kenya)


We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Mauren, Kenya. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Follow food safety guidelines and adhere to health regulations
- Promote new products and special offers to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the coffee shop

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art skills are an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly attitude with strong customer service skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
