Our busy coffee shop in Mauren is seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. We are looking for someone with a passion for coffee and a strong work ethic. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment. No previous experience is required as we provide full training. We also offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for our international employees. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various types of coffee drinks such as espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods
- Ensure quality control by consistently following recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and handling complaints
- Keep the work area clean and organized at all times
- Operate various equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, blenders, etc.
- Upsell additional products such as pastries or snacks
- Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work well in a team environment

Salary:
$1600 per month

Location:
Mauren, Africa (visa sponsorship and airfare provided)
