Handyman for Student Accommodation in Gujrat


We are a student accommodation company looking for a handyman to join our team in Gujrat. As a handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our student accommodations to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Respond promptly to repair requests from students and address any issues in a timely manner.
- Perform inspections of the facilities and report any damages or necessary repairs.
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance work.
- Coordinate with outside contractors for major repairs or installations.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed when conducting maintenance work.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc.
- Good communication skills to interact with students and other team members.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to handle physical labor involved in maintenance work.
- Knowledge of safety procedures when working with tools and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in student accommodations or residential buildings is a plus.
- Basic computer skills to keep track of inventory and communicate with team members.
