Job Title: Experienced Roofer

We are a roofing company based in Almada and we are seeking an experienced roofer to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on commercial and residential buildings. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the roofing industry and be familiar with various types of roofing materials and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements
- Install new roofs using various materials such as shingles, tiles, or metal sheets
- Repair damaged roofs by replacing missing or broken shingles, tiles, or other parts
- Perform routine maintenance on roofs to ensure longevity
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures while working at heights
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions for their roofing needs
- Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Roofer
- In-depth knowledge of different types of roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills to interact with clients
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work on roofs for extended periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Almada. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are eligible to work in Portugal.
