We are a reputable company based in Isa Town, seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management staff
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for employees
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid biometric passport
