Part-Time Office Assistant
Location: Isa Town, Bahrain
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position, with the potential for full-time hours in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Greet clients and visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Assist with organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and mailing
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Keep the office area clean and organized at all times
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Preference for female candidates
Salary:
This is a part-time position offering a salary of 1200$ per month.
