Dismantler Technician


We are seeking a skilled Dismantler Technician to join our team in Ufa. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling and removing parts from vehicles in an efficient and safe manner. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month, with the possibility of visa sponsorship for non-Russian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Disassemble vehicles according to company standards and procedures
- Identify and remove usable parts for resale or inventory
- Properly label and organize removed parts for storage or shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dismantler or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Must be able to work full-time, including weekends if necessary
- Must have basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and parts
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), and perform physical tasks as needed
