Civil Engineer - Project Manager

Our engineering firm is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of civil engineering projects, from initial planning and design to construction and final completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects simultaneously
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and compliance with design specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Review design drawings and calculations for accuracy and compliance with codes and regulations
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Manage project changes, risks, and issues effectively
- Ensure projects are completed within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a project management role
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate team members towards project success
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
